Seowon Landscape in Korea

Seowon(Korean Neo-Confucian Academies), South Korea is a UNESCO World Heritage Site inscribed in 2019.
Seowon are private educational institutions established throughout the country during the Joseon Dynasty to honor Confucian saints and train scholars.
It is full of old architectural beauty and the scent of Zinnia elegans.
A place with a variety of subjects. I tried to simplify the subject by backlighting to express the rich ink of Korean ink paintings.

한국의 서원은 2019년 등재된 유네스코 세계유산이다.
서원은 조선시대에 유교의 성현에 대한 제사를 지내고 학자를 키우기 위해 전국 곳곳에 설립한 사설 교육 기관이다.
오래 된 고건축미와 백일홍향이 가득한 곳이다.
다양한 피사체가 있는 곳. 한국화의 진한 먹처럼 표현하기 위해 역광을 차용하여 피사체의 단순화를 꾀하였다.
