Chiang Mai photo workshop
From February 23 to 25, 2024, a photography workshop was held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with the aim of exploring and capturing the essence of this culturally and historically significant city. The workshop was organized by Hantae Photography and welcomed a diverse group of photographers from Korea who were eager to share their passion for photography and learn from each other.
Over the course of three days, participants embarked on a captivating journey through Chiang Mai’s most iconic landmarks, including the ancient temples of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and Wat Chedi Luang, the bustling markets of Warorot and Ton Lam Yai, and the picturesque streets of the Old City. With each shutter click, they captured the vibrant colors, intricate details, and captivating spirit of this enchanting city.
In addition to the hands-on photography sessions, participants also had the opportunity to participate in insightful discussions and critiques led by experienced photographers. These sessions provided a valuable platform for photographers to share their work, receive constructive feedback, and learn from each other’s unique perspectives.
The workshop culminated in a heartfelt closing ceremony, where participants showcased their best photographs and shared their experiences and takeaways from the workshop. The atmosphere was filled with a sense of accomplishment, camaraderie, and a shared passion for photography.
While the workshop has come to an end, the memories and learnings will undoubtedly stay with the participants for a long time to come. The organizers are hopeful that the workshop has inspired participants to continue exploring the world with their cameras and share their unique perspectives with the world.
